Hdfc worst services…..shameless ppl…… from xcutives to ceos are gud for nothing… my query no 09413632 has not been resolved ..taken more than 3 weeks ..stolen my credit card reward poits …whereas CITI BANK HELPED ME IN LESS THAN 24 HOUR….wat a shame for u guys

I don’t have job from last 6 month and unable to pay credit card bill and I told to executive that I’ll make the payment on 5th of august when my salary got credited. But now they are threating me that
Even though you have repeatedly notified that your credit card did not receive the last month’s outstanding balance, the bank is sending your account to the Reserve Bank of India. So that your account will be negative and you may have to face a lot of trouble. Please deposit the minimum amount of your credit card up to 12 o’clock today to stop this process. If you have already done, give instant notice.
