I have HDFC account in Aligarh U.P. Till September 2018 due to low balance in my account my account balance was minus 4,000 Rs. I sent a mail on 19 October 2018 to HDFC talktous@hdfc.in regarding it and requested them either close my account or wave off this negative balance. On 20 October 2018 I received phone call from my bank branch and they asked me “if you are interested in maintaining the account, we will remove your negative balance.” I said yes if you remove negative balance, I will diposit the money into my account. Now on 20 October 2018 my account balance became Rs.00. Thereafter I diposited Rs. 10,051 into my account. Thereafter in subsequent tranzactions I diposited some more money into my account. But on 13 November 2018, near about 4,700 Rs. were deducted from my account as the charges for non maintaining minimum balance. My point is that, since on 20 October 2018 this negative charges were removed from my account and account balance was being shown Rs.00, then why they have deducted the money now when I deposited the money in my account? This is completely cheating and fraud, as first they they told me that your negative charges have been removed, while thereafter they deducted the money when I deposited the money. I want the resolution, I want my money back. They are cheater. My HDFC account number is 50100209988772, and my mobile number is 9811767506
