i have sent Rs. 2000 by using scan and pay option to a shop owner on November 8th 2021. But till now the amount not received to that account. I have called and emailed all the possible ways that told by the customer care people. But until now, they were closing the complaints by saying the amount transaction was successful. But the amount really didn’t receive by the shop owner side! So i have paid again by using Google Pay!
Even i have given a written complaint to the nearest branch, they say we can’t solve this do again write another email to customers care!!
