By mistake I have made the transaction to my cancelled credit card from my saving bank account and the HDFc bank has processed the transaction and kept money with them. When an account is cancelled how can they accept money inflow to that card. If they accepted also I have called custome care and explained the issue they have a waste process to return my money which they are keeping. This is how they get money from customer. HDFC bank is a Fraud. And they hesistate to transact back unless I submit a form of transaction to them. My credit card and I am calling htem to request they do not even hear to that.
