Customer I’d 40225422. Name rohit sharma.I borrowed 150000 from hdfc bank in Nov 2019. When I got the car top up loan approved the account which I used to have with hdfc was non operational..

So I informed same to the hdfc guy that I need top up loan but I have been paying car emi through BOB Account so I want this emi to be deducted from bank of baroda also not from hdfc.

The guy said u can later convert this into different account. But for now we will disburse the amount in hdfc bank which was in negative. She said don’t worry about it sir we will get that negative amount reimbursed which they did after 2-3 months.

Now for last two months hdfc keep deducting money from my account and tells me that you have not maintained the account. So I told them. I do not use this account at all and it’s not possible for me to keep 10000 in this account.

Hdfc rep pooja advised me that this account used to be salary account so you need to worry about this and whatever charges were deducted will be reimbursed which she did.

She asked to give her a letter from the employer that I work for their company and also she asked me to sign a form which I did.

She gave me acknowledgement for the same with bank stamped and signature on it. She assured me that within 5 working days it will converted into salary account. After a day a lady called me and said it can not be done.

I don’t understand one why don’t hdfc give proper training to their employees. I went to hdfc industrial area ph1 chandigarh to swap the esc account.

They sent to first floor. The guy gave me an advise to wait for 6 months. I am totally stuck. The problem is that for last 2 months hdfc imposed unnecessary charges on me.

I am not going to bear those charges. Reimbursed 1300 that you deducted from my account. Every time I deposit money to pay emi they deduct money without my consent. They have no rights.

I did send an email to their nodal officer Mr. Puri but I have not heard anything back from him. It is such a pain I can’t tell you. Really!!

I cant imagine I am dealing with india’s 2nd largest bank. It’s a nightmare with hdfc. Now I am not left with any option except going to consumer court. This is a last shot I am trying.

You would have to resolve this at earliest. You check my videos I am journalist myself and listed with panchkula DIPRO. If you can do something do let me know if not then also.
