HDFC Bank has given their verdict to lodge all the dispute transactions on the customer only while i am not aware about those transactions and also didn’t get OTP for those transactions, but around **k dispute transactions happened to my credit card in October month.
During initial phase the investigation team of HDFC Bank credit card said that the disputed amount is freezed and i am not liable to pay those, also transactions place was near Delhi Noida as said by customer support when i contacted them to block the credit card due to the dispute,
but now they’re saying those dispute transactions were made using a physical credit card with a pin and i have to pay the loss.
I have also filed complaint in cyber crime department Panchkula.
