Today morning around 4 am my HDFC Bank debit card account got debited from Google Proxima BETA POS its un-authorized transaction and the amount was 799,1949,3999,7880,1 and -1. I have not done any transaction. Looking at the complaints below they targeted HDFC Bank Debit and Credit card customers more. I dont understand without the OTP how the Bank is allowing the transaction to be done. Kindly i request the concern person to look into this & take the proper action and reverse the amount at the earliest. When checked with customer care they said its International transaction (Google Proxima Beta) been made through POS. Please do verify whether its international or domestic transaction. Please do revert on my email for the status on my complaint
