NON REFUND OF CASH BACK BY HDFC BANK.
I spent Rs.41200 on 2nd September 2018 for buying some jewelery from Tanishq show room in Phonix Mall, Mahadevpura, Whitefield, Bangalore. It was clearly displayed there to make purchases above Rs. 40000 and pay by HDFC Bank”s Credit/Debit card to get 5% cash back.

I CONTACTED SEVERAL TIME MS. SAVITA APPOINTED PERSONAL MANAGER TO HELP US , SENT SEVERAL MAILS TO VARIOUS OFFICIALS OF BANK INCLUDING CEO PURI, BUT GOT NO REPONSE BUT ONLY FOOLISH QUERIES.Everyone receives various offers from HDFC to use Debit?Credit card for some cash back but they are fooling and cheating customers.
Bank is causing simply harassment to an 80 year old , paralysed lady to save their skin
