Hi sir

I have bought loan in HDB,but due to my job resigned and mom health issues,i cant able to pay due from July month onwards,but they put ecs 4 times(loan emi amount 7375 rs + cheque bounce charges for 4 times )monthly and charging the amount, now for July and August month,they charge more than by other banks, recently RBI issued not get any extra amount from people,but HDB totally cheating and putting many ecs and taking charges from us,i cant pay any extra charge only one cheque bounce i can pay,if rbi not taking proper steps in this,let me file case in consumer court and to financial minister also,we r from middle class family.pls help and request to strictly instructions to HDB .
