I had ordered a soap dispenser with Order ID 5220117845133105. It was ordered on 17 Jan 2022, on Mi India website. I received the product in next couple of days. The product received in fine packing. As soon as I opened the product, the foam machine was broken. It had 3 cells inside which were leaked and exploded. (The machine uses 4 cells). I immediately raised complaint to Xiaomi informing them about product and to be replaced. To my surprise they refuse to replace the product.
They send hazardous and poisonous material. Then they refuse to claim responsibility statiing the packet was fine. Even I mentioned that packet was fine and but there were cells inside the machine which had exploded.
