I am a regular Zoom car User, I made a booking on 19 June 2021 with booking Id # JPS6NPAYW (Polo Manual/170 km free/with fuel).The booking amount was Rs.1831 with Extension fee of Rs.351 and Excess Km fee of Rs.245 which comes in a total of Rs.2427 this was my total fare. At the initial time of booking I made the payment of Rs.2076. When I picked up the car had no fuel and called up the supervisor looking after the cars in the zoom Car site, he insisted me that I should fill the petrol and the fuel cost will be refunded. So there was a situation that I have to fill fuel, so I filled up fuel of Rs.2000 and received a receipt with the fuel cost and the car number (KA03AJ5108) on the receipt. After completing the booking I requested for the fuel refund with the proper receipts and my zoom car account showed that the refunded process takes up to 30 days. I have filed a number of complaints regarding the refund in their customer support center. Its almost 6 months completed over the refund still I haven’t received any mail or information regarding the refund amount. The amount to be refunded is my own money this comes under Cheating a consumer. Its a Huge disappointment for me from Zoom car. I think this the time to move legally filing a case against the Multinational Company owing a huge respect in various countries with owing a cheating strategy against every consumer towards the growth of their company.
