My order ID is #EX0007998497 and Return ID is #RT26614971
There were 2 items and I have received the refund of only one item. The refund of product amounted at INR 918 is not received. My return was completed on December 1, 2020 and today is January 15, 2021 that i haven’t received the refund amount.
No one from the customer care is assisting properly. Its been more than a month that I am waiting for the refund.
