I have booked my flight tickets from travolook site on 26 december 2020. They canceled the ticket after i paid the amount .reason given by them is the fair charges are increased so we canceled your amout will be refunded back to your account within 3 4 weeks . But i was waiting for 2 month then they said sir their is an error in the refund peocess we can do one thing. We’ll process yoyr refund in 2 installment. I do agreed and then they processed my half amount(i.e 1725) but never received my the remaining amount. I called them so much but they always say sorry sir we’ll do in next 7 day next 15 days. Since 4 month i waiting for my balance.now if i call it will be always on waiting. I have checked about this company many customers are saying its an fraudulent company never pay the amount back. Kindly please help me in this matter.
