I ordered crossbeats neobuds earplugs from the online store. It has been a whole month and yet I haven’t received my product or any notification regarding the same. My order was prepaid. I have wrote so many mails to the customer care and more so. But I couldn’t find any find. I don’t know what to do? I am stuck.
