have ordered a dress worth Rs.499 on 17 oct 2021 through mantra fab.Since they don’t have cash on delivery option i paid the amount via gpay.In their shipping policy it is said that the order will be shipped within a day and will recieve a confirmation call.But i haven’t received any calls and haven’t got any tracking ID as well.When i open the site it says “it is currently processing “ .I have contacted through their official mail id since I couldn’t post a message from their site (it says there is an error while sending the message) and haven’t received any response.Pls help me get my money back
