i took a loan from Zestmoney they promised interest amount from every EMI will be refundable to your bank account but interest cash-back of month December and march is still pending. i have raised a complain on 11 jan 2023 for December month cash back. all there customer service executives only ignoring the complain no one has any suggestions even there senior also gave fake promises. i have attached trail mail for your reference. please take necessary action as soon as possible
