I haven’t received a cashback of Rs.3000 as per the offer from HDFC bank against the purchase of Apple iPad on 22nd Feb 2020. I should have received the cashback by 22nd of June (Within 120 days of purchase).
I demand to receive cashback as well as compensation for the time that i have spend for reaching out to their customer care, posting in twitter and filing this complaint here.
This is nothing more than cheating the customers giving fake offers.
