I booked a flight on 29th Dec through travolook agency from goa to Hyderabad with a Ref no 870288406 but it wasn’t confirmed I had to cancel the transaction and was awaiting a refund of Rs16540/- as per their mail dated 29th Dec. They are not reverting my mails and whenever I speak to their customer care, they give only one answer saying that it is delayed because of internal issue. According to their refund policy they were suppose to do it by 14th Jan, but still I haven’t received my amount from them.
