I booked 3 tickets in December 2019 of Goair through via.com from Delhi to Pune…travel date was 2nd May 2020 due to lockdown imposed all over India it was not possible to do journey so I cancelled my booking at Pune airport Go air counter.Go air airlines clear refund to via.com by 5th December 2020 and since I’m in contact with via.com team to get my refund but there were no such decision made to clear my refund.
They are just taking time with no suitable answer.
Please take strong action not only for delaying the payment but also the mental harassment of people who suffer like me.
