Hi,
This Is Bibi Hafiya, I have ordered with my flip kart ID (Erum Afroz) in flipkart an Electric Kettle on 2nd December 2022 and delivered wrong product on 13th Dec 2022.
I ordered Havells Aqua Plus 1500q Electric Kettle,
But they have delivered steel Mug (Jug) .
The fraud happened to me I asked flipkart customer care so many times asked them registered complaints, we registered complaints 4-5 times as well flipkart has rejected. And today they closed the case without any reasons.
Can you please take a proper actions against Flipkart.
I have uploaded the wrong item photo including Bill of that product which i have purchased.
