Havells Hexo mixer grinder purchased in May2022, In Jan23 chutney jar making huge irritating noise, We have raised complaint on 10 Jan 2023 by dialling Havells customer care for the repair/replacement of chutney jar. A person came after a week, checked and told that chutney jar will be replaced, He said he will be coming in the next week with jar, after a week he came with small jar without any jar cap, we said how will be smaller jar used without jar, he also asked for otp without any service or problem solving, and told your jar will arrive next week which he didn’t turned back till date. I Keep on calling him but he didn’t pick the call. I started calling customer care but they are saying we will send within 24 or 48 hours but they are not coming. It is happening from last one month 20.01.2023 nearly 10 to 12 times i called customer care but no use, they are just giving false statements. I don’t know whether they will come or not, kindly resolve this problem on priority.
