Have taken post paid it’s been a 11 months, I don’t get any interest or calls are not going. Asked customer care to support me for this issue.every month there ask me to pay the bills .have paid till now 5500/- nothing is been actioned after escalation

Hi,

My complain is about Airtel SIM card,I purchased last year I don’t get any service on Airtel and every month i pay my bills for post paid
Please help me to report this complain
