I booked a HSRP plate for my Bike UP16BW9850 on 16th April, 2021 and the home appointment for affixation of HSRP plates on my vehicle was set for 26th April, 2021. For this I paid a total of Rs 717.44 (including GST) which included a set of HSRP number plates and a set of plastic number plate holders. Till date i.e. 11 May no call has came for affixation of plates and none of any affixation agent has came to my residence for the process to be done… I’ve done numerous calls and mails but they just bluff around that it’ll be done soon… Even after opening of lockdown… They’re doing nothing. Please help me out by having my refund or my plates installed and penalise them for their bluff acts and services… I want justice.
