Text of Complaint by Mrinal Lakhera:

I have not yet received the second mandatory service promised by the AMC for my Aquaguard Water Purifier. The Water Purifier was installed on 9 November 2021, and the first service took place on March 27, 2022. My AMC got expired on 8 November 2022, but I have not received the second free and mandatory service according to that AMC.

I have made multiple complaints regarding this, and the complaints have been escalated as well, but no action has been taken on the complaints. I am always told by the customer service provider that a service technician will visit soon to service the purifier, but that never happens.
