They deduct the money and then the customer care calls that your booking is cancelled due to some technical problems. They do not refund the money back. There is many feedback from many people they are doing the same with many online users the same. They have been keeping customers money with them for long for many people and even sometimes not returned. They have been harassing customers continously having to follow up.
