i have made payment of 5000 to the astropay merchant by scaning the qr code provided by them. the payment should be refrlected in the app astropay walllet but they r claiming they didnt get the payment . i have provided them with the payment receipt done through paytm with reference number. i have also shared the bank statement from date of payment till date. its been 50 days and counting i havent received my money neither in wallet or refund has alo been not given .
