Hi Sir/Mam,
This is JANMEJAY MOHANTY from Hyderabad. Sir my hathway wifi is not working from 10 days and complaint on very first day but no reply on that side so I call on customer care and they said you just restart your wifi and it will be working but nothing can happen and they messaged me that your complaint has been closed and after that I call them from last 1 week and they said that in 24 hours our executive will be there but from 7 days I listen these things from hathway customer care.
