Dear Sir,
I was using Hathway Internet services Account – 1152288418 over two years. Due to personal preference, I chose another service provider and did not renew Hathway for last six months. I have been bombarded with so many calls daily basis, SMS.
I registered complaint with Hathway August 1st about this behaviour and received formal e-mail from their customer support that they have escalated to adhere to DND. But still the pattern did not change at all.
Request you to facilitate the formal action against them and get adequate compensation for the mental agony caused by the unethical business solicitation requests during the pandemic period to the fellow human beings.
