Hi,
In the initial day of installation – No one confirmed me that the router which they have provided was on cost basis – During lockdown the device got misplaced – In the month of septemeber I have paid 707 Rupees for monthly charge – but there was no service provided to me even after sending multiple service requests no one contacted me for resolution.
I have choosen another service provide for my daily needs – In the mean while the device was lost some how in my home.
Now daily they are torturing me with many call even during night time for renewal or device misplacement charges.
I’m ready to pay the charges but I want my 707 rupees gets deducted from the device charges and then I will pay the amount instead they are sending me Legal Notice.
Please help me.
