Myself, Mr. Pradeep Gawali, account holder (A/c no. 1129163116) of your broadband services.
Today i got call from hathway telecaller Miss. somayya (Mob no. 8976882275) and she has conveyed that new plan/offer has launch
[12 months subscription for Rs.6608/- with 100MBPS speed with 1000 GB data monthly]
on the basis of miss somayya’s explanation i have paid 6608/- amount, and after i checked on hathway’s portal only 10 MBPS speed has mentioning on my a/c instead of 100 MBPS (payment receipts have attached for your ref)
I really surprised that, why hatway telecallers is always involve with this fraud commitments and activities?, 3rd time same thing is happened with me on every renewal.
i have paid 6808/- but not receiving committed plan, they have just made fraud talk to pull money, please help to me as well as other indians to save from this infuture
