I was a customer of Hathway for over an year. Now I don’t need their internet services so informed them that I don’t need internet and I will not renew. However, every day 10-20 people call me to remind about the renewa payment and they seem to call from a small room with so much background noise. They don’t understand when I tell them I don’t need internet and I am not renewing. They keep on asking same question why I am not renewing and when will I renew. I requested them to put in the system I don’t need internet and they should not call me. Everyone calls from their individual/ personal mobile numbers and it is hard to even block calls. This is frustrating. They call me and disturb me during my office meetings, my sleep time, etc. Really frustrating. For last time me week bunch of agents call me everyday all through the day. Appreciate if it is properly explained to them and avoid such torture to customers like me.
