I Ishwar Hegde opted for annual subscription for 2 cable TV connections with Mr Jaikumar of SGR Solutions, Srinivasnagar Bangalore a franchise of Hathway on 30th Sep 2018 and from 1st Oct 2018 onwards till Feb 2019 service was decent. in Feb 2019 they informed us that a new process of subscription has come in to picture due to govt order and as per that I need to fill a form and for more than a month Jaikumar didn’t take the filled form. the same was sent by whats app etc but no response. from 25th Mar 2019 they disconnected the service and then I started following up for the refund of balance amount which they never did till date. if I contact Mr Jaikumar 9902794449 either he doesn’t receive the phone or he always says by next Wednesday refund happens. Initially he said even set up boxes will be taken back and now there is no such activity. its more than 30 days and no visibility of refund. more than money its kind of mental harassment. Need a permanent solution. it looks like many are affected by this unethical practices of Hathway and its franchises.
