I have already raised a request for connection termination in the last week of Aug 2020 which is two weeks prior to the next billing cycle. We have moved to a different location with a different provider.
But I keep getting calls for payment and renewal. I have also consistently raised my concern about consistent harassment calls from Hathway regarding renewal.
