Hello,
I was holding a connection with Hathway & it was not in use due to pandemic. Recently i have shifted to Hyderabad. once after shifting to HYD i thought of continuing it. For that i have made a payment of Rs.425 and after that the Girl/women whom i spoke stopped answering my calls.
After continues calling she gave to her colleague, he said your money will be refunded. But no refund has been initiated till now & she is nor answering me call too.
Please suggest what to do
