I requested for a cancellation over the phone. All the phone calls kept saying we have your request and we will arrange a visit from someone to take the device. It’s been a month and I still get renewal calls twice a day and every one says we will arrange someone to vist.
I got fed up and started saying that I don’t have internet anymore. Today, a lady calls me and says u have the connection I know u have, if u don’t return I will keep arranging for call back and will keep disturbing you. I got furious and abused her and disconnected.
She calls me 4 times again, keeps the receiver for a min and hangs up. When my husband threatened her that we ll go to the police, she disconnects.
I am pretty sure she has also misused my number. I want serious action taken here. This is completely unacceptable.
