I had paid rs 350 to your authorized cable operator new royal cable net work vide receipt number 27798 of 13/11/18 as six months contribution of rs 2100 for six months I had uploaded your apple family fiction pack You stopped showing me pay channel from 1/2/19 I have written several letters but no use My account no 1039610832 card no 000039941943 Please give explanation of money paid to your authorized cable operator and why no pay channels If no satisfactory reply within 24 hours I will start my escalating programmer If it is your mistake then extend deadline to April 19 or close the new royal cable network
