I Never Say To Discount My Connection. I Changed The House Then I Requested For Shifting My Address. But Hathway Not Giving Me Connection To My New Location , And They Not Giving Me The Deposit Amount And Recharge Amount And House Shifting Charge also ,
Hathway’s Reason :- That Location We Dont Have A Connection
But The Hathway Cable Line Going Via My House Only And My Neighbour Using Hathway Connection Only.
Which Cable Going Via My House I Dont Know This Is The Hathway Cable But One Day Hathway Technician Repairing That Connection I Asked Him Which Cable Connection This Is
That Technician Told Me This Is Hathway Cable. Then I Call To Hathway Costumer Care And I Asked Give Me Connecting Or Give Me Refund But They Told I Never Give Any Thing . So Plz Help Me.
