We(Office) have Hathway ISP in our office and they offered 3+1 months offer for a sum.
I paid the amount and after 3 months they disconnected the service saying the speed was increased and so they cannot give 1 month extra.
And I receive 10 calls from Hathway every day asking me to recharge the account for activation again.
