Hi, I’ve been asked to pay 4500/- in order to not have legal proceedings for having the modem at my place. Due to bad Internet speed and services from Hathway and following up with customer care they have not responded to my requests and closed the tickets with providing any solution. So I have moved to another service provider and now one lady is calling me again and again requesting to pay the amount. I have already sent the final email to close my account and send the person to collect the modem. No one end up coming. I checked at my nearest Hathway agents they told me not to pay anything.
