i have been using Hathway broadband service in Hyderabad for more than 4 years. i came back to my hometown due to lockdown and have canceled my service. They have called me several times requesting for re installation and i said no. now all of a sudden i have received a call asking to pay 4500 for not retuning back modem. for these months. and the Modem doesn’t even cost 800 rupees. they are saying that it will some part of some terms and conditions text when installing. i don’t know why they suddenly called today asking for money after one year asking for money. If that is the case they have to at least mention that in the 1st month after un installation. Really frustrated with this service. Will send this in my internal company group and to all my friends and relatives. Most of them use your service. Everyone will come back to Hyderabad after June (Most of them will surely change the service provider after returning back).
