I have been raising complains several times regarding network issues, they raise a complain, assure us that a technician will visit our home within 24 hrs but they fail to do so. Without taking a feedback from us they keep on closing our complain. This is going on since a month. I had a six months plan recharged on my account which is still valid till 25th july. I am fed of complaining. kindly look into the matter.
