Hello, i have been a user for Hathway previously .But then i got transferred last year and am not a part of the hospital which uses the connection . I have intimated this to them during their first call also have mentioned the number of the person who is in charge now .But everyday i’m receiving 5-10calls from Hathway for renewal and when i said i am not in chennai and not to call me repeatedly , the representative used abusive words. Otherwise they will disturb me every day with more number of calls. He also mentioned that to get rid of this torture, we need to renew the account for 6months or else they will increase the torture by making calls everyday. Now i’m getting almost 12-15 calls everyday and they keep on calling from different numbers. Please help me get rid of this and do the needful.
