I had a Hathway broadband connection 4 years back and I have relocated from that city. I had submitted the modem, completed all payments. For the past four years I have been receiving numerous calls from this useless company’s call centre forcing me to renew the connection! They are literally forcing me to pay and renew the connection when I don’t need their useless service. I have blocked atleast a minimum of 60 phone numbers from Hathway but these idiots still finds a way to to atleast call me 10 times a day! I have reached out to their Delhi office and all I was informed is they will switch my phone number to DND mode and I will not receive any calls and after that promise these useless people have started making more calls. I don’t want to change my phone number due to these hooligans. I believe it is not right for this company to force or harass me to pay and get internet from them when I don’t need anything from this shitty place. Please advise what needs to be done to bring this company down.
