Hi My name is Gaurav. Hathway is really don’t care about the customers money and service. I had applied for new connection in last month on 5-july-2019 in noida sector 15 and i paid 500rs through paytm(on official hathway number given by executive) to his executive and he assured me setting up the internet on the same day also but he failed to do that. After waiting 3 day’s i asked for my instant refund but the executive refused to pay instant, he said you will get your refund within a month. Now it has been more than a month and i have not got my money back. The executive number is : 9582904807 i have also the hathway paytm number where i paid 500, the number is: 9582201994.
