I have been using Hathway broadband since 2 years and now on April 1, 2021 I have shifted just 4 KM away to another locality within Hyderabad. Before shifting I requested them to transfer my connection which they agreed for initially. Post that I paid for next 6 months (Until Sep 31, 2021) considering my connection will get transferred. However after 4 days of waiting they now says that they can not transfer the connection as it is not feasible for them. On the top of it they calls me everyday to close my connection and return the router.
First, They should intimate me at the beginning only if they were not going to transfer the connection.
Second, If I have paid for the next six months then why do they force me to close my connection and return the router.
When asking for refund then they say that they cannot provide refund .
This is clear fraud with customers and such company should be dealt with legal action.
