Even though I have last used their connection 10 years back in bangalore and officially disconnected their connection and handing over the device, I have been harassed continuously over last 10 years and bombarded with calls daily 6-7 times to re-activate my connection. I have moved many cities after that and tried to explain the same to the agents who call daily. I have pleaded with them, begged, cried… but still no respite. please help me with this.
