I have registered for a new hathway connection in Chennai Ramapuram, and have paid a rental advance of Rs 5120 . Even after 72 hours no connection has been activated .
I have contacted Customer care, Nodal and Appellate offices regrading this bit no response or solution yet.
I would like to lodge a legal consumer conplaint regarding this immediately.
Let me know the procedures for that .
