Hello, i have been a user for Hathway since last 4years. Due to work from home i relocated to my home town and returned the modem and deactivated the account. But everyday i’m receiving 5-10calls from Hathway for renewal and payment. When i said im not in Hyderabad and don’t want to renew at the moment, the representative is abusive and forcing and threatening  me to pay additional money for deactivation service. Otherwise they will disturb me every day with more number of calls. He also mentioned that to get rid of this torture, we need to renew the account for 6months or else they will increase the torture by making calls everyday. Now i’m getting almost 12-15 calls everyday and they keep on calling from different numbers. Please help me get rid of this and do the needful.

  1. I m facing the same issue, everyday 8-10 calls ….and they keep on calling all the time !!
