Hello Sir/Madam,
Iam Srinath Reddy ,my mobile number :8885526660, my Hathway account number:1127249426,
I was getting continuously messages about Hathway new offer ,i told customer care to stop such messages but they didnt stopped it and now i started getting messages from employees in Hathway with there new plans.
once i have decided to take the connection and called one of the employee from which iam getting all the messages, she responded well and explaned the plan and i accepted the plan and she asked for my address and checked it and approved that you will get the connection once if you paid your month installment and on phone call only she forced me to do the payment and i have done the payment ,i got the messages that payment received, now the main drama started no one is responding for my call ,i tried calling her from 2 days about my connection,, she is lifting the call and keeping it aside and not responding to my calls
