I requested for a new connection from Hathway broadband. A lady called me and informed me to send my details and address proofs to that whatsapp number. I sent the details and requested for 100mbps. She checked and informed me that they can provide only 50 Mbps in our area. I agreed to it. She asked me to make 6 months payment in advance right away. I made the payment of 3533. But after that she didn’t answer my calls or reply to my messages. I got a call after 2 days from a guy saying that the service is not available at my location. I texted the lady the same and asked her how to get refund. She saw my messages but didn’t reply. She even rejected my calls. Legal actions should be taken against frauds like these. Please make them provide me the refund. Times are already tough due to the lockdown and I borrowed that money from a friend because my sister needs internet for her work from home. The job is also under risk because of them. They have given me a lot of mental troubles. Please make sure I get the refund.
